Senior Full-Stack Developer (Angular 20+, Node.js, PostgreSQL) – Government Job Portal

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of software engineering experience to build a high-performance, secure online government job portal. The platform will manage job notifications, user registrations, application submissions, real-time alerts, and document verification. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement responsive, high-performance web frontends using modern Angular (v20+), standalone components, and signal-based state management. Design and build modular, secure RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express or NestJS). Architect normalized schemas, optimize complex queries, and manage migrations using PostgreSQL. Implement role-based access control (RBAC), JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and file upload pipelines (e.g., resumes, certificates). Ensure strict data security, input validation, and compliance with data handling standards for sensitive applicant information. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 5+ years in professional full-stack web application development. Frontend: Strong mastery of modern Angular (v20+), TypeScript, RxJS/Signals, SSR, and clean UI/UX implementation. Backend: Advanced knowledge of Node.js, asynchronous patterns, and API architecture.
