Mobile App Completion - React Native / Expo (iOS + Android) - Wellness Category

We are a Dublin-based early-stage startup preparing to launch a privacy-first wellness mobile application for the Irish and UK markets. Our MVP is built (React Native / Expo mobile, Node.js / Express + PostgreSQL backend, AWS S3 for media). We are now in the final development phase and need an experienced developer or small team to help us complete the app to launch-ready standard. Scope of work: Finalise voice and video journaling modules (recording, playback, secure storage) Complete and harden a set of on-device processing features (details shared under NDA with shortlisted candidates) Complete an in-app "reach out" flow with third-party API integrations Full QA cycle across iOS and Android devices Prepare Apple App Store and Google Play submissions (metadata, privacy declarations, review-response support) Post-submission bug fixes and revision support through first release Stack: React Native / Expo (mobile) Node.js / Express + PostgreSQL / Prisma (backend, hosted on Render) AWS S3 (media storage, eu-north-1) Existing codebase provided under NDA to shortlisted candidates What we're looking for: 3+ years production experience with React Native / Expo Strong background in building iOS and Android apps for production release Comfortable with encrypted / privacy-sensitive apps (specifics under NDA) Experience shipping to the Apple App Store and Google Play Clear, professional communication in English Available for weekly progress calls with the founder Bonus experience (not essential): Prior work in health, wellness, or safety-sensitive consumer apps Experience with WCAG accessibility standards EU/Ireland-based (helpful for time-zone alignment, not required) Deliverables: Launch-ready iOS and Android builds QA test reports Successful submission to Apple App Store and Google Play Release notes and technical handover documentation 30 days post-launch bug-fix support Timeline: 12–16 weeks from project start.
