Paid Trial: Technical Plan and Wireframes for a Two-Sided Service Marketplace App (MaidZoom)

MaidZoom (maidzoom.com) is a residential cleaning and pool cleaning company in South Florida, and we're planning a nationwide two-sided marketplace app. Users choose whether they need work done or are looking for work. Job posters anywhere in the US post jobs, and the app connects them with our worker network of cleaners, pool operators and general laborers. This is a small paid trial before the full build. Strong work here can lead to the full MVP contract. For this trial, please deliver: - A one-to-two page technical plan for the MVP: your recommended stack (we're leaning toward React Native with Expo and Supabase), the data model (users, roles, jobs, worker profiles, matches and messages), and how you'd do location and radius matching. - Rough wireframes, hand-drawn or in Figma, for the key screens: choosing a role at sign-up, posting a job, a worker profile, the job feed, and chat. - A milestone breakdown with your estimated timeline and cost for the full MVP. That covers job posts, worker profiles, matching by category and distance, chat, push alerts, reporting and blocking, account deletion and an admin view, through App Store approval.
