# PHP Developer Needed to Complete & Launch Coupon/Affiliate Website – Coupons CMS 7 Full ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced PHP/MySQL developer to fully complete and launch an existing coupon and affiliate marketing website: **Website:** clipitfree.com The website is already installed and is based on the **Coupons CMS 7 Full** script purchased from CodeCanyon. This is **not a website development project from scratch**. The objective is to take the existing website and deliver it as a completely configured, functional, secure, optimized, production-ready coupon and affiliate website. I want the entire project completed as **one turnkey project**, including integrations, configuration, testing, bug fixing, optimization, deployment, and handover. I do not want to divide the project between multiple developers. --- # Main Responsibilities The selected developer will be responsible for reviewing the existing installation and completing everything required to make ClipItFree ready for public launch. ## 1. Existing Website Audit Review the current website, source code, database, hosting environment, CMS installation, theme, plugins, and configuration. Identify: * PHP compatibility problems * MySQL/database problems * Deprecated PHP code * JavaScript errors * CSS/layout problems * Broken functions * Broken links * Security issues * Performance issues * Incorrect CMS configuration * Missing dependencies * Problems with existing plugins * Problems with affiliate integrations Create a full backup before making major changes. --- # 2. PHP and Technical Fixes Fix all PHP errors, warnings, notices, deprecated functions, and compatibility problems. There is currently, for example, a PHP warning similar to: `"continue" targeting switch is equivalent to "break". Did you mean to use "continue 2"?` The final production website must operate without visible PHP errors or warnings. Website Design and Theme Configuration Configure and improve the existing theme so ClipItFree looks like a professional international coupon/deals website. Required work includes: * Homepage layout * Header * Footer * Navigation * Store pages * Category pages * Coupon/deal cards * Product pages * Search pages * Mobile menu * Responsive layout * Typography * Buttons * Forms * Logo placement * Favicon * Consistent visual styling The site must work correctly on: * Desktop * Laptop * Tablet * Mobile Major modern browsers should be tested. The objective is not a completely custom redesign unless necessary, but the final website should look professional and ready for commercial use. --- # 5. Affiliate Network Integrations This is an important part of the project. The developer must configure, repair, update, or customize the required affiliate-network integrations so that offers can be imported and affiliate links can be generated correctly. The required integrations include, where supported/available: ### CJ Affiliate Configure CJ integration for: * Advertisers * Stores * Coupons * Deals * Products * Affiliate tracking links * Automated import/update where technically supported If the existing Coupons CMS CJ plugin uses an outdated API, the developer must update or modify the integration as required to work with the current CJ API. ### Rakuten Advertising Configure the available Rakuten integration or implement/update it as required. ### Admitad Configure the available Admitad integration or implement/update it as required. ### TradeDoubler Configure the available TradeDoubler integration or implement/update it as required. ### Other Existing CMS Affiliate Integrations Review all affiliate network plugins/modules included with Coupons CMS 7 Full. Any useful integrations that can reasonably be activated should be configured. The developer should clearly document which affiliate networks are operational at completion. I will provide required production API credentials/tokens/account information for approved affiliate accounts. The project will not be considered complete merely because an integration plugin has been installed. Imports, links, tracking parameters, duplicate handling, and updates must be tested. --- # 6. Automated Coupon/Product Import Where supported by the affiliate networks/APIs, configure automated imports. The system should correctly handle: * New coupons * Updated coupons * Expired coupons * Stores * Advertisers * Products * Product images * Affiliate URLs * Coupon codes * Coupon descriptions * Categories * Expiration dates The system should avoid unnecessary duplicate stores, products, or coupons. Demo/placeholder content has been removed. 15. Initial affiliate content has been imported. 16. The production website has passed final testing. 17. Documentation and source-code handover have been completed. --- # Contract Type **Fixed Price Only** I prefer **one complete turnkey project rather than hourly billing**. The objective is to test and accept the entire completed website once. Payment will therefore be released after the complete agreed scope has been delivered, deployed, and successfully tested. The freelancer should quote a total fixed price covering the full scope. Please do not submit a low initial bid and then expect to substantially increase the price after receiving access to the website.
