“Senior Backend & Security Engineer — AI Agent Governance Platform (12-Day RC Sprint)

Senior backend/security engineer needed to harden an existing AI agent governance platform into an independently testable production release candidate. Fixed 12-calendar-day engineering sprint. Required experience: Python, APIs, PostgreSQL/CockroachDB, authentication/authorization, multi-tenant security, Docker/cloud deployment, secrets/least privilege, transactional systems, concurrency/idempotency, observability, CI/CD, SBOM/security scanning, and adversarial security testing. The architecture, existing codebase, test evidence, engineering gap matrix, and frozen baseline are already provided. This is hardening and validation—not a redesign or greenfield build. Deliverable: one hardened, reproducible RC with automated tests, security evidence, deployment/rollback procedure, SBOM/scan results, documented remaining blockers, and SHA-256 frozen release package suitable for review by an independent security/QA assessor. Every material change must map: task → code change → test → evidence. Do not apply if you cannot prioritize and complete the engineering sprint within 12 calendar days.
