Senior Flutter Mobile Developer Needed to Help Release Healthcare Mobile App

We are looking for a senior Flutter mobile developer to join the MediMagnet team and help us prepare a healthcare mobile application for release. This role is primarily focused on mobile front-end development in Flutter, but the ideal candidate should also understand how mobile apps interact with backend services, APIs, authentication, notifications, and data-driven workflows. You will work closely with our existing developers, backend engineers, and product team to improve the app’s UI, stabilize key user flows, connect screens to backend logic, and help prepare the app for production release. Responsibilities The developer will help with: * Flutter mobile app development for iOS and Android; * implementing updated Figma designs in Flutter; * improving front-end UI consistency, spacing, typography, colors, and navigation; * building reusable Flutter widgets/components; * connecting screens to existing APIs and backend data; * handling app state, loading states, empty states, and error states; * supporting appointment/referral action flows; * improving push notification handling and deep linking; * fixing UI bugs and release-blocking issues; * collaborating with backend developers on API requirements; * helping test and stabilize the app before release; * reviewing existing Flutter code and recommending improvements; * supporting App Store / Play Store readiness as needed. Required Skills The ideal candidate must have: * Strong experience with Flutter and Dart; * Experience building production mobile apps for both iOS and Android; * Strong front-end/mobile UI implementation skills; * Ability to translate Figma designs into clean Flutter UI; * Experience with API integration; * Understanding of authentication, app state, and backend-driven workflows; * Experience with push notifications and deep links; * Ability to work with a team of developers; * Good communication skills; * Ability to review an existing codebase and become productive quickly. This is not only a design implementation role. The developer should understand how front-end screens connect to backend state and should be able to work with the team to make the app function correctly.
