Senior Full-Stack / AI Developer

Avenor Professional Group is expanding its specialist network and is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to work with us on client projects across the U.S. and Canada. We are particularly interested in developers with strong experience building production web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations and AI-enabled applications. Ideal experience includes: Python / FastAPI React / Next.js Node.js / TypeScript PostgreSQL / SQL / Supabase REST APIs and third-party integrations AWS and/or Azure Docker and CI/CD OpenAI, Claude or other LLM integrations AI agents, workflow automation or RAG applications This is not intended to be a one-off development task. We're looking for someone we can bring into suitable client engagements as opportunities arise. Avenor handles client acquisition, initial qualification, commercial coordination and project support. You bring the technical expertise and participate directly in technical discussions and delivery. We're especially interested in developers who: Have a strong professional development background Have previous successful Upwork/client experience Communicate comfortably with business clients Can independently own technical deliverables Are interested in an ongoing, non-exclusive relationship U.S. or Canada preferred.
