Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / React Native / Node.js) for Web and Mobile Products

About the project We are building a web and mobile products for a growing businesses, a customer-facing platforms with accounts, roles, and payments, plus an admin side where staff manage day-to-day operations. We need a senior full-stack developer to own the product from architecture to release, work in short milestones, and stay on for ongoing development. Typical products in this space: marketplaces and booking platforms, CRM and ERP-style business tools, healthcare and education apps, real estate and property software, and document-heavy workflow platforms. Responsibilities: Build and maintain the web front end in React (Next.js where SEO or server rendering matters). Build iOS and Android apps in React Native (Expo) from a single codebase. Design and develop the back end in Node.js (NestJS) with a PostgreSQL database, REST APIs, and clean data models. Add real-time features such as chat, live status, and notifications (Socket.IO). Integrate third-party services: payment providers, accounting and CRM tools (QuickBooks and similar), SMS and email (Twilio and similar). Integrate AI features through the OpenAI and Claude APIs, such as assistants, summaries, and document processing, with sensible safeguards. Handle authentication, role-based permissions, and basic security. Write maintainable code, document key decisions, and give regular progress demos. Requirements 7+ years of professional full-stack experience. Strong React and TypeScript/JavaScript; experience with Next.js. Hands-on React Native with Expo, including App Store and Google Play releases. Solid Node.js and NestJS; strong PostgreSQL and API design. Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Socket.IO) and third-party integrations. Practical experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude). Clear written English and the ability to work independently. Nice to have Experience with marketplaces, booking, CRM, or healthcare/education products. Experience backing a product from MVP to production. Engagement Ongoing contract, full-time availability (40 hours per week). Remote; overlap with US and European working hours is possible.
