Senior Full-Stack Developer with AI Coding & Cybersecurity Experience

Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer with AI Coding & Cybersecurity Experience Alpha U is looking for an experienced developer to review, secure, and improve our existing CRM and calling platform, similar in functionality to Mojo Dialer. The platform was built with assistance from Claude and is currently working. We need a professional who can take responsibility for the code, identify vulnerabilities, and strengthen the system as we grow. Scope of work: Review the existing code, architecture, integrations, and hosting setup. Identify and fix security vulnerabilities, bugs, and performance issues. Secure customer data, login access, user permissions, APIs, and credentials. Protect proprietary code and restrict unauthorized access. Establish reliable backups, monitoring, and recovery procedures. Ensure source code, hosting, domains, and connected services are under company-controlled accounts. Provide clear documentation and ongoing technical support. Who we’re looking for: Strong full-stack development and application security experience. Experience reviewing and improving AI-generated code. Proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools, plus the ability to independently understand, test, and maintain the code. Experience with CRM platforms, dialers, telephony integrations, and databases. Clear communication and a structured approach to resolving issues.
