# Senior Full-Stack Developer – Long-Term Collaboration We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Full-Stack Developer to help maintain, improve, and develop multiple business websites. Our businesses focus on online education, webinars, digital products, and international online marketing. We have several established websites, ongoing development tasks, and many new projects planned. We are looking for a long-term technical partner who can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and consistently deliver high-quality results. **This is primarily a programming and technical development role, not a graphic design position.** ### Main Responsibilities **1. WordPress Development** - Maintain and improve WordPress websites using Elementor and Divi. - Develop and optimize landing pages for webinars, courses, and digital products. - Troubleshoot PHP, WordPress, plugin, and theme compatibility issues. - Safely update PHP, WordPress, themes, and plugins. - Improve website performance, security, and mobile responsiveness. - Work with hosting environments, cPanel, databases, and backups. **2. Gatsby, React, JavaScript & Netlify** - Maintain and develop existing Gatsby/React websites. - Work with GitHub repositories and Netlify deployments. - Troubleshoot build errors, dependencies, and JavaScript issues. - Maintain and improve existing CMS integrations. - Develop custom website features and reusable components. - Work with Node.js and API integrations. **3. Google Ads & Analytics Tracking** - Implement and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking. - Ensure webinar registrations, form submissions, and other conversions are accurately tracked. - Implement Meta Pixel and other marketing tracking solutions. - Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and duplicate or missing conversion events. - Implement UTM tracking and ensure attribution data is correctly captured. - Test and verify tracking implementations before considering them complete. **4. Landing Pages, Forms & Integrations** - Develop high-converting landing pages. - Build multi-step forms and registration systems. - Integrate websites with email marketing platforms, APIs, and automation tools. - Create interactive quizzes, calculators, countdown timers, and other custom features. - Improve website usability, loading speed, and conversion performance. - Ensure integrations work reliably across devices and browsers. **5. Website Maintenance & Technical Troubleshooting** - Investigate and resolve existing website issues. - Maintain stable and secure websites. - Troubleshoot embedded video integrations, including Vimeo. - Identify and fix compatibility issues. - Test changes before deployment and avoid disrupting existing functionality. - Recommend practical technical improvements. ### Required Skills - Strong professional experience with WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with React, Gatsby.js, Node.js, and Netlify. - Experience with Elementor and preferably Divi. - Experience with GitHub, APIs, and third-party integrations. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities. - Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads conversion tracking. - Experience working with existing codebases, not only building new websites from scratch. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, or other AI-assisted development tools is a plus. We prefer someone who can consistently complete tasks and move projects forward rather than having many unfinished tasks in progress. ### Initial Projects Some of our current priorities include: 1. Fixing and verifying Google Ads and GA4 conversion tracking. 2. Resolving existing WordPress and Vimeo integration issues. 3. Reviewing PHP and WordPress compatibility and performing safe updates. 4. Improving Gatsby/Netlify websites and fixing existing bugs. 5. Developing new webinar and e-book landing pages. 6. Building multi-step forms, quizzes, and interactive calculators. 7. Improving website speed, security, and mobile usability. 8. Implementing new integrations and marketing-related functionality. ### Long-Term Opportunity We have ongoing work across multiple websites and expect additional projects in the coming months. We would like to start with a small paid test task to evaluate technical skills, communication, problem-solving ability, and reliability. If the collaboration goes well, we are interested in working together for years. Initially, we expect approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on the workload and performance. ### How to Apply Please answer these questions: 1.
