About the Project We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing, venture-backed US startup building an AI-powered go-to-market automation platform. The product helps companies find and enrich leads, automate outbound communication via email and LinkedIn, build sales pipelines, and book meetings using AI agents. Your Responsibilities: Develop backend services with Python, Django, and SQL. Build and improve frontend functionality with React and JavaScript. Design scalable APIs and production systems. Work with AI/LLM features, AI agents, data enrichment, and automation workflows. Debug production issues and improve performance and reliability. Use modern AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows. Must-Have Skills 5+ years of commercial Python experience. 3+ years of Django experience. 3+ years of React experience. Significant commercial experience with AI/LLM-powered products. English B2
