Senior FullStack Developer | React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase | AI-Powered (Cursor/Claude)

We're a growing AI software and automation agency looking for a senior full-stack developer to become our long-term consultant. Our clients are construction and real estate companies, and most of our projects are custom-coded web applications: client portals, dashboards, internal tools, and workflow automation systems. We need a full stack software engineer who can take a defined business requirement, make sound architectural decisions, and ship clean, production-ready code. Our ideal candidate is a full-stack web developer who actively uses AI tools like Cursor or Claude to move fast, but has the real engineering depth to review, debug, test, and improve what the AI generates. We need some things needed to review: Our responsive web applications and client portals (React, Next.js, TypeScript) Backend services and APIs (Node, with Supabase or similar for database + auth) Authentication flows and role-based permissions Dashboards, data tables, forms, document areas, and workflow tools Integrations with third-party APIs and business systems (Microsoft ecosystem experience is a plus) Required Experience Proven full-stack development experience with React, Node.js and Next.js in real client projects Strong frontend React skills: you can build polished, responsive UIs (React UI developer level attention to detail) Solid backend experience: React + Node or React + Python stacks, REST APIs, databases, auth, and permissions Comfortable with TypeScript across the fullstack (React + TypeScript daily driver) Hands-on experience with Supabase (or Postgres + auth alternatives) Active use of Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding tools in a professional workflow Experience deploying and maintaining production web applications Strong written English and reliable async communication Comfortable working directly with a non-technical business owner and explaining technical decisions in plain language Nice to Have React Native experience (some clients may need mobile companion apps, a React Native developer background is a bonus) Construction or real estate software experience Experience translating messy business workflows into clean technical solutions If you're a senior full stack developer who loves shipping real products with a modern React / Next.js / Node.js/ Python / TypeScript / Supabase / Cursor stack, we'd love to hear from you.
