Technical Advisor/Agile PM for Interactive Web Trivia App (MERN Stack)

I am developing an interactive, globe-based trivia web app prototype and are looking for a senior Technical Advisor / Agile Product Consultant to help steer the project. We need a consultant to work with me and our developer to create structured sprints, clear efficient workflow and keep us on track. Looking for 2-3hrs the first week, then 1-2hrs per week on a call to review previous weeks deliverables. Project Basics: - Frontend: React.js featuring interactive 3D globe visualization (amCharts) - Backend: Node.js, Express, Mongoose - Databases: MongoDB (Question/Answer bank) paired with PostgreSQL (User data & app state) Desired Experience: - Proven background as a Lead Full-Stack Engineer, Technical Product Manager, or CTO. - Hands-on expertise with the modern JavaScript ecosystem (React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). - Demonstrated experience setting up agile sprint processes for early-stage prototypes or MVPs.
