TradingView Price-Level Monitoring & Phone Call Alert System Developer Needed Project Overview I am looking for an experienced developer to build a custom trading assistant that monitors price levels I manually mark on my TradingView charts and immediately calls my phone when the market reaches or interacts with those levels. This is Phase 1 of a larger trading assistant project. For this phase, I do not need automatic trade execution or a complex market-analysis AI. The main goal is to build a reliable system that monitors manually identified trading areas and provides immediate phone-call alerts. Main Functionality Required 1. Manual Horizontal Lines I want to manually draw horizontal lines on my TradingView chart at important price levels. The system should be able to monitor the levels that I manually mark. These levels may represent areas such as: - Liquidity levels - Support and resistance - Important swing highs or lows - Potential entry areas - Any other trading level that I personally identify The developer should propose the best technical solution for allowing manually created levels to be monitored reliably. 2. Ability to Add Notes/Text to Each Level After drawing or creating a level, I want to be able to attach a custom text note to that specific level. For example, I might write: "EUR/USD has reached the previous day's high. Look for a liquidity sweep and bearish confirmation." Or: "Price has entered my H4 order block. Check lower timeframe structure before entering." The text should be saved and associated with that specific price level. 3. Phone Call When Price Reaches the Level When the market reaches one of my marked levels, the system should automatically place a phone call to my phone. The phone call should clearly remind me about the level and the note that I attached to it. For example: "EUR/USD has reached your marked level at 1.17000. Reminder: Look for a liquidity sweep and bearish confirmation." The developer can recommend the most reliable phone-call API or service for this functionality. Push notifications or Telegram notifications can optionally be included as a backup, but the main requirement is an actual phone call. 4. Detect How Price Interacts With the Level The system should be able to distinguish between different interactions with my marked horizontal level. A. Price Reaches or Touches the Level The system should detect when price reaches my marked level. Example: Price reaches 1.17000. The system calls me. B. Wick Through the Level The system should detect when the wick of a candle crosses through my marked level. Example: My level is at 1.17000. Price moves above 1.17000 with the candle wick but does not necessarily close above the level. The system should call me and indicate that price has wicked through or swept the level. C. Candle Body Closes Through the Level The system should detect when the candle body closes through the marked level. Example: Price moves through my level and the candle closes on the opposite side of the level. The system should call me and indicate that the candle has closed through the level. 5. Voice Reminder Content When calling me, the system should ideally provide information such as: - Currency pair or instrument - Price level - Type of interaction - The custom note/reminder that I attached to the level Example: "Alert. EUR/USD has wicked through your marked level at 1.17000. Your reminder: Wait for bearish market structure confirmation before considering an entry." 6. Multiple Levels I should be able to create and monitor multiple levels at the same time across different charts and instruments. Each level should have its own: - Price level - Instrument - Custom note - Monitoring status The system should reliably identify which level has been reached and call me with the correct information. Suggested Technical Requirements I am open to the developer recommending the best architecture, but the project may involve: - TradingView - Pine Script - TradingView alerts - Webhooks - Python or another suitable backend language - Database for storing levels and notes - Phone-call API/service - Text-to-speech for reading the custom reminders during phone calls The developer should explain the recommended architecture before development begins. Important Requirement: Reliability Reliability is extremely important. I do not want to miss important trading opportunities because of delayed or failed alerts. The system should therefore be designed to: - Monitor levels continuously - Trigger alerts quickly - Correctly identify wick interactions - Correctly identify candle closes - Associate the correct note with each level - Prevent unnecessary duplicate calls Deliverables The selected developer should provide: 1. A working TradingView integration or custom solution for monitoring manually marked price levels. 2. A way for me to attach custom text notes to each level. 3. Detection of: - Price touching/reaching a level - Wick through a level - Candle body closing through a level 4. Automatic phone-call alerts. 5. Voice messages containing the relevant market information and my custom reminder. 6. Ability to monitor multiple levels and instruments. 7. Clear installation and usage instructions. 8. Full source code. 9. Documentation explaining how the system works. 10. Assistance with initial setup and testing. Developer Requirements I am looking for someone with experience in some or all of the following: - TradingView - Pine Script - Algorithmic trading systems - Forex or financial markets - Python or backend development - APIs and webhooks - Automated notifications - Phone-call APIs - Text-to-speech systems Experience with automated trading or TradingView integrations is highly preferred. Future Development This is only Phase 1. If Phase 1 is successful, I plan to expand the system in the future to include more advanced functionality, potentially including market structure analysis, liquidity detection, strategy conditions, advanced alerts, and eventually automated trade execution.
