Website Developer with Database and ESP32 integration

We would like to design a website to collect data from various data points and collect them together into one application that can be viewed by users. The data will be sent by our ESP32 modules out if the field via WiFi that customers will provide. So we need a secure transmission method for that ESP32 data, then once we receive the data at the main site we will parse and store it in something like MySQL and utilize a front end such as PHP to display the data to users. So this development will consist mostly of back end DB work with a front end GUI receiving all data from remote locations through ESP32 modules out in the field.
