WordPress developer for UK small business websites

I run a small web design business in London. I find the clients — local businesses like plumbers, electricians, salons and restaurants — and I need a solid developer to build the sites. The work is straightforward. 5-page brochure sites (home, about, services, gallery, contact) built in WordPress with Elementor or Divi. They need to look clean and modern, load fast, and work properly on phones. Contact form and basic on-page SEO included. I'll hand you the content, the branding and a clear brief every time. You never speak to a client. No calls, no meetings, no chasing people for photos. That's my job. You just build. What I'm actually looking for is one person I can rely on long term rather than a different freelancer every time. As I bring on more clients there'll be regular work for whoever that turns out to be, at a fixed price per site, paid through Upwork. So this first project is a paid trial site. If the quality's there and you communicate well, we keep going.
