WordPress E-Commerce Category Setup

I need help updating my WordPress e-commerce website so products are organized into two categories: Standard and Premium. There is already a dropdown for Standard products, and I would like to add a separate dropdown for Premium products. Each category should display its own page, and products on those pages should be sorted alphabetically. The goal is to make it easy for customers to browse products by category and find items in a clear, organized way.
