AI Automation Specialist Needed for Small eCommerce Brand (Shopify + AI + Workflow Automation)

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help us improve efficiency across our Shopify store by building practical, reliable automations. Our goal is to reduce repetitive work, enhance the customer experience, and create scalable workflows that support our growing business. The role will involve automating areas such as customer support, email marketing, order management, product content creation, review follow ups, inventory alerts, social media workflows, reporting, and AI powered knowledge resources. We are looking for someone with experience using automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar, along with AI models and APIs from OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini. Experience integrating Shopify with tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, CRM platforms, and email marketing systems is highly valued. Familiarity with JavaScript or Python is a plus. We value professionals who can identify opportunities to improve processes, recommend efficient automation strategies, and build workflows that are reliable, easy to maintain, and well documented. As part of this project, you will design and implement AI driven automations, document each workflow, perform testing and troubleshooting, and suggest additional improvements that can support future growth.
