AI Call Analysis Tool Developer

We’re looking for an AI developer to build a small working version of a call analysis tool for recorded customer conversations. The system should transcribe the audio, separate speakers, and use AI to analyze how the conversation was handled. For each call, the output should include a call summary, customer intent, overall call score, what the employee handled well, areas for improvement, missed sales or follow-up opportunities, call outcome, and recommended next action. The first version does not need a large dashboard. The main priority is getting the audio-to-transcription-to-AI-analysis-to-structured-result workflow working reliably.
