AI Developer for RAG Document Q&A System

We need an AI developer to build a knowledge assistant that answers questions using internal company documents. The system should ingest PDFs, policies, manuals, and other documents, extract and preprocess text, chunk content, generate embeddings, and retrieve relevant information for question answering. The solution must provide accurate answers with source citations and handle questions that cannot be answered from available documents.
