AI Software Engineer – Long-Term Remote Collaboration

We’re looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to help build, improve, and maintain AI-powered applications. We want someone who can understand requirements, identify problems quickly, and deliver practical, reliable solutions. What you’ll do Build AI features using LLM APIs, AI agents, and RAG. Develop and maintain full-stack applications and API integrations. Troubleshoot application code, AI workflows, and deployments. Improve performance, reliability, and security. Set up and maintain cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Document your work and communicate progress clearly. Required experience Strong JavaScript/TypeScript or Python skills. Experience with React/Next.js and Node.js or Python back ends. Hands-on experience delivering AI applications using OpenAI, Claude, or similar models. Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Ability to work independently and explain technical decisions clearly. Nice to have Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services. Microsoft Graph and Entra ID integrations. Experience evaluating AI output quality and improving agent reliability. Engagement This is a remote opportunity for ongoing, long-term collaboration. We’ll start with a small paid project to assess fit, then expand the scope and hours if we work well together.
