AI Video Pipeline Operator (Higgsfield + FFmpeg + Claude)

We're hiring someone to operate and watch an AI video system, not to sit in Premiere as the default. The production is hundreds of 20–30 second shorts in a locked style. Higgsfield (Seedance) should make most of them in one shot. You prompt, generate, use Claude or ChatGPT to fix the prompt when it misses, do a light FFmpeg or AI-tool pass if needed, watch the finished file for errors, and move to the next one. Scripts and character assets are provided. We have the Higgsfield account. If the AI tools do not get the edit there, make a quick traditional edit and ship it. Do not stall the queue. You are the operator of the pipe. Generate, check, ship. Do not rebuild commercials by hand unless the one-shot failed. What you'll do - Run Higgsfield / Seedance with our character pack. Identity has to hold across cinematic scenes (business owners in real locations, not green-screen UGC). - Use Claude or ChatGPT as the prompt copilot. When a shot is wrong, rewrite the prompt. Don't brute-force expensive re-rolls. - Light FFmpeg: captions, concat, crop, trim. Python glue around generate → download → QC is a plus. - If AI cannot fix it, do a fast traditional edit and move on. - Watch every export: on-screen typos, identity drift, bad text, broken audio. Clean means done. Then the next clip. - Keep the queue moving. This is system-watching and finish-QC at volume. You should have - Higgsfield / Seedance or a close API generator (Kling, FAL, Runway) plus Claude or ChatGPT in the loop. - FFmpeg from the CLI. Paste a real command when you apply. - Comfort with APIs and a simple script if the download/QC step needs it. - A QC brain. The job is "did the one-shot land" more than "can you color grade." Traditional edit is the backup, not the product. The details - Hourly $8–$30. Paid trial first. Ongoing volume. Remote, overseas welcome. - We supply Higgsfield, scripts, character, brand rules. You do not write the ads.
