Build website monitoring bot with Telegram alerts

I need a monitoring bot that watches a target website and sends real-time alerts to Telegram when specific changes occur. What it needs to do: - Check the target site on a regular schedule (e.g. every 5-30 minutes) - Detect changes such as new listings, price updates, or new content - Send an alert to a Telegram chat with the relevant details and a link - Keep a simple log so I can review what was detected and when Technical requirements: - Must handle the target site's bot protection (Cloudflare or similar) - Proxy support, ideally rotating or residential - Must be resilient: if the site changes its HTML structure, the bot should log a clear error rather than silently failing - Runs on a Linux VPS I provide - I need the source code and setup documentation, not a black box About the work: This is a well-defined project. I have done this kind of automation myself, so I know what is reasonable. Please do not over-promise on timeline. I would rather have an honest estimate than an optimistic one that slips.
