Claude AI Expert Needed to Build an Estimating and Proposal Tool

We're looking for a Claude expert to help us build a custom AI tool for our estimating team. We want an experienced specialist, not a generalist automation freelancer, someone who has genuinely deep knowledge of Claude's capabilities on the Enterprise or Team platform, including custom skills, agents, and workspace integrations. What We Need We want to calibrate Claude using the history of all our past estimates, quotes, and proposals so it can generate new estimates and proposals automatically, based on the specific services we offer. Once calibrated, this needs to be rolled out so every salesperson has their own portal to generate accurate, market rate aligned proposals for clients. Key Requirements Deep, hands on experience with Claude (Anthropic), including custom skills, agent building, and workspace or Enterprise integrations. Experience building AI powered sales models or sales agents for other companies, ideally ones trained on a company's own historical sales data. Experience training or calibrating an AI system on a company's historical business data (quotes, estimates, proposals) to produce accurate, on brand outputs. Ability to build a tool that incorporates market rate awareness into generated estimates. Experience building video analysis capability into an AI workflow, since some estimates will be based on video walkthroughs of job sites. Ability to deploy individual, ready to use portals for multiple salespeople. Deliverable A working, calibrated Claude based tool that our estimators and salespeople can use immediately to generate accurate proposals and estimates, each with their own individual access portal.
