Claude skills based64 error

I have a skill to fill out a pdf based on a google drive folder and save the pdf in the folder path in google drive. I am getting a based64 error. Not done — two things need your call Drive upload blocked by size. The compressed PDF is 368 KB; base64 for the connector is ~500 KB of text, which won’t fit a tool call. I tried slimming it — logos downsampled (271 KB → 11 KB) and font dedup got it to 297 KB, but the remaining bulk is 11 embedded glyph-ID-only fonts that can’t be safely subsetted without risking the form’s appearance. The file is on disk, ready.
