Email 1,200 clients dustom DriveTime Maps (Google Maps API) – Spam Filter & CAN-SPAM Compliance Reqd

We are closing one of our business locations and migrating 1,200 auto-pay members to our other location 9 miles away. We need an automation expert to build and execute a hyper-personalized email campaign within 1 week, preferably using Python, n8n, or Make.com. This is a fixed-price project broken into milestones. Payment will be released as deliverables are verified. Scope of Work: 1. Data Processing & Logic: - Input: A CSV file with client names, email addresses, and home addresses. - Calculate exact drive times from each client's address to the old location vs. the new location. - Calculate the exact time difference (e.g., "Your drive will be XX minutes longer"). 2. Map Generation (Google Maps API): - Connect to Google Distance Matrix & Static Maps API. - Programmatically generate static route map images for each client that render flawlessly inside standard email applications (No interactive JS). - include maps in body of email in such a way as to ensure they are not captured by spam filters 3. Email Assembly, Deliverability & Compliance: - Dynamically inject client names, drive-time math, and an offer for 1 free trial month into a responsive HTML email template. - Crucial: Configure our sending domain's DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so 1,200 image-heavy emails bypass spam filters. - Ensure strict CAN-SPAM compliance by embedding a functioning 1-click unsubscribe loop and our physical business address. Project Timeline & Milestones: - Milestone 1: Data pipeline built, Google API connected, test routing math verified. - Milestone 2: HTML template finalized, DNS/Spam authentication complete, successful live test emails received. - Milestone 3: Final blast successfully deployed to all 1,200 contacts with clean delivery logs. Required Skills: - Advanced Python, n8n, or Make.com development (or other appropriate platforms). - Hands-on experience with Google Maps Static/Distance Matrix APIs. - HTML email client compatibility expertise. - Deep understanding of bulk email delivery, DNS management, and CAN-SPAM laws. Important Account Ownership Notice: - Freelancer must guide me on setting up my own Google Cloud and SendGrid developer accounts so that all API keys, domain sending metrics, and customer assets remain under my strict business ownership. - You will be granted limited developer access to configure the pipelines; no direct credit card or financial access will be shared.
