Founding Full-Stack / AI Engineer for B2B SaaS MVP

I'm looking for a strong full-stack engineer to help build the first MVP of an AI-powered B2B sales intelligence product. The product brings together structured CRM data and unstructured sales signals to dynamically prioritise which accounts a salesperson should focus on and explain why. Initial MVP The first version should be able to: Import account and opportunity data from Salesforce/HubSpot, initially via CSV or a lightweight integration Ingest unstructured sales information Use an LLM to extract structured account-level signals from this information Match those signals to the correct CRM accounts Feed them into a transparent account scoring/prioritisation model Dynamically rank accounts based on the combined signals Show a salesperson their highest-priority accounts and explain the factors affecting each score Capture simple user feedback such as prioritise/dismiss and reasons Longer-term product If the MVP works, the platform will integrate more deeply with: Salesforce / HubSpot Google Calendar Meeting transcription/note platforms Slack Gmail / Outlook External sales and market-intelligence providers This initial project is deliberately narrower. I want to prove the core intelligence and prioritisation loop before building every integration. Who I'm looking for Ideally you have experience with: React / Next.js TypeScript Python and/or Node.js PostgreSQL LLM APIs and structured outputs/tool calling APIs, OAuth and webhooks HubSpot or Salesforce APIs Google Workspace APIs Slack APIs Building and deploying B2B SaaS products Experience building AI agents, sales technology, CRM integrations or data pipelines would be particularly valuable. I'm not looking for someone who simply takes a specification and writes code. I'm looking for an engineer who can challenge assumptions, identify shortcuts and help determine the fastest way to test the product with real users. Project structure I'd like to start with a small paid 1–2 week sprint focused on proving the core technical workflow. If we work well together and the product validates with users, there is scope for considerably more work and potentially a longer-term relationship.
