Framer Developer for Single-Page Website

I'm looking for a Framer developer to build a single-page website for a Sydney residential design and construction studio. This is a template implementation job using the Vidure template, not a custom design. All copy, images and video are ready to hand over. Fast load on mobile is a hard requirement. Please tell me specifically how you approach video compression and performance in Framer. -Anything in the mock-up that can't be achieved in Framer must be flagged at quoting stage, not after work starts. -Fixed price only, quoted upfront.
