Full-Stack Developer - AI-Native

We're looking for a full-stack developer who is ready to learn by building real software. You should have enough full-stack experience to set up and configure a development workspace, understand the code you're working with, and effectively hand work off to AI agents. We're specifically looking for someone who is comfortable using AI throughout the development process: planning, architecture, implementation, debugging, testing, and iteration. The ideal candidate is already squeezing as much value as possible out of a $100+/month AI subscription. We'll happily pay for the AI tools and subscriptions you need. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be curious, resourceful, comfortable figuring things out, and willing to learn as you build. ## What you'll work on: - Build and maintain a complex full-stack project - Fix issues as internal users begin using the product day to day - Turn feedback and real usage into continuous product improvements - Gradually take more ownership of the project as you learn This is a longer-term engagement for someone who wants to gain experience by doing real work with real users. You'll have a lot of autonomy to experiment, solve problems, and improve your approach. We're looking for consistent effort, learning, and progress. ## Interview process: There will be a coding interview. You'll be expected to demonstrate how you approach a real development problem: how you plan, prompt, evaluate AI output, debug issues, and get to a working solution.
