Full-Stack Developer Needed for Secure Investment Platform Website

I need an experienced full-stack developer to build a professional web platform with user registration/login, user dashboard, deposit/withdrawal workflow, admin panel, transaction history, notifications and payment gateway integration. The website should be secure, mobile responsive and easy to manage from the admin panel. I will provide complete requirements and design direction.
