Full-Stack Developer to Add CRM Dashboard, Alerts & AI Invoice Scanning to Existing Web App

e have an existing multi-tenant SaaS financial CRM platform (built on React/Node) and are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to add three key features to the current system. Scope of Work CRM Dashboard – A central dashboard summarizing client accounts, financial activity, and key metrics at a glance. Should be responsive and role-aware (different views for admin vs. staff users). Alerts / Notifications System – Automated alerts for important events (e.g., overdue invoices, upcoming renewals, task deadlines). Should support in-app notifications and ideally email/WhatsApp triggers. AI-Powered Receipt-to-Invoice Scanning – Users upload a photo/scan of a receipt, and the system uses AI/OCR to extract line items, totals, vendor info, and dates, then auto-generates a structured invoice or expense entry for review and approval. Requirements Proven experience with React and Node.js (please share relevant past projects) Experience integrating AI/OCR tools (e.g., OpenAI Vision, Google Document AI, Tesseract, or similar) for document/receipt parsing Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture is a strong plus Comfortable working with an existing codebase (not starting from scratch) Clear communicator, able to provide realistic timelines and stick to them What to Include in Your Proposal Relevant experience with dashboards, notification systems, and AI document scanning Your proposed approach/tech stack for the receipt-scanning feature Estimated timeline and cost breakdown for each of the 3 modules Links to similar past work if available
