Fullstack Developer with Python/React for marketing automation tool

We're spinning up a new project, this time for a marketing agency that needs a custom automation platform. We'll be building a tool to manage multi-channel ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), scrape leads from various sources, and generate auto-reports for clients. We're starting from scratch, so you'll have a real say in architecture and tech decisions. We need a fullstack dev who's done this before (data-heavy dashboards, third‑party API integrations, and background job queues). If you enjoy building things from zero and making different systems talk to each other, this is for you. Stack - Python (FastAPI or Django, we're leaning FastAPI) - React (TypeScript preferred) - PostgreSQL + Redis (for queues and caching) - AWS / Docker (nice to have) What you'll do - Design DB schemas from scratch for campaigns, leads, and client analytics - Build REST/GraphQL APIs for the frontend dashboard - Integrate OAuth and marketing APIs (Google Ads, Facebook Graph, LinkedIn) - Implement web scraping pipelines for lead generation (Playwright / BeautifulSoup) - Set up background workers for scheduled reports, data sync, and email alerts - Create interactive dashboards with charts (Chart.js, D3, or similar) - Handle user permissions for agency clients (multi‑tenant) What we're looking for - 4+ years of fullstack development (commercial experience) - Strong Python and React experience (production‑ready code) - Experience with third‑party marketing APIs (FB/Google/LinkedIn), big plus - Familiarity with web scraping and proxy rotation - Ability to architect from zero and work independently - Good English communication and remote work discipline Bonus: experience with CSV/PDF report generation or email automation This is a brand new, long‑term project, fully remote.
