Teltonika FMC650 Integration Platform 1. Project Overview The objective of this work package is to develop a standalone Dockerized telemetry server capable of receiving, validating, decoding and forwarding data received from Teltonika FMC650 devices. The solution must be fully self-hosted and must not depend on any paid SaaS solution. The server will act as the first layer of the telemetry platform and will communicate exclusively with the Symfony API. 2. Technical Environment Required technologies: Docker Docker Compose GitHub REST API integration Linux environment Preferred language: Go NodeJS Rust (PHP is not recommended for maintaining long-lived TCP connections.) 3. Supported Teltonika Protocols The platform must fully support: Codec 8 Including: IMEI GPS coordinates Timestamp Speed Heading Altitude Satellite count IO Elements Codec 8 Extended Full support. Codec 13 Full support. Particular focus is required on: RS232 Data Forwarding 4. EN15430-1:2024 Decoder The server must decode RS232 messages originated from winter maintenance spreaders. Protocol: EN 15430-1:2024 The following values shall be extracted whenever available: Spreading status Salt application rate (g/m²) Working width (m) Brine enabled Additional parameters available in the protocol The implementation must be extensible to support additional spreader manufacturers in the future. 5. Security Requirements The platform must include: Network Security TLS support IP Whitelisting support Rate limiting Connection throttling Protection against malformed packets Data Security CRC validation Packet validation Replay protection Error handling Operational Security Structured logging Log rotation Monitoring endpoints Docker health checks 6. API Communication Decoded records shall be transmitted to Symfony using secure REST calls. Supported authentication: API Key JWT Automatic retry mechanism required. No telemetry data loss allowed. 7. Deliverables Full source code Docker configuration Test datasets Automated tests Technical documentation Installation guide Deployment guide Acceptance Criteria The platform shall successfully process: Codec 8 Codec 8 Extended Codec 13 EN15430-1:2024 payloads and forward all decoded information to Symfony. 8.
