Teltonika FMC650 Integration Platform
1. Project Overview
The objective of this work package is to develop a standalone Dockerized telemetry server capable of receiving, validating, decoding and forwarding data received from Teltonika FMC650 devices.
The solution must be fully self-hosted and must not depend on any paid SaaS solution.
The server will act as the first layer of the telemetry platform and will communicate exclusively with the Symfony API.

4. EN15430-1:2024 Decoder
The server must decode RS232 messages originated from winter maintenance spreaders.
Protocol:
EN 15430-1:2024
The following values shall be extracted whenever available:
Spreading status
Salt application rate (g/m²)
Working width (m)
Brine enabled
Additional parameters available in the protocol
The implementation must be extensible to support additional spreader manufacturers in the future.
