If you've got the battle scars from building production-grade smart contracts and dApps, and you're ready to grow alongside us for the long haul, ideally a year or more, we'd love to chat. Here's what you'll dive into day-to-day: - Build and audit secure, gas-efficient Solidity contracts. We care about getting it right, not just getting it done. - Design payment and authentication flows that make the Web3 experience feel smooth and intuitive, with no clunky UX. - Take true ownership of our dApp's full-stack development, from the blockchain logic right through to the user-facing interface. - Help us make the big technical calls, establish strong coding standards, and lay the groundwork for the team we'll build as we scale. The kind of person who thrives here: - You know Solidity inside and out. Security pitfalls, testing lifecycles, and gas optimization tricks are your bread and butter. - You're totally comfortable with the major ERC standards (20, 721, 1155) and reach for tools like ethers.js, Hardhat, or Foundry without missing a beat. - You've been around the full-stack block, including React, Next.js, and Node.js, which are all in your comfort zone. - You're autonomous and love taking the reins on foundational architecture, but you're also a clear communicator who keeps the rest of the team in the loop along the way.
