Lightroom Editor for Family & Lifestyle Photography

I’m a NYC-based family and lifestyle photographer looking for an experienced Adobe Lightroom editor to help with post-production on an ongoing freelance basis, especially during my busy fall season. My editing style is clean, natural, warm, and true-to-life. I’m looking for someone who can closely match my existing style rather than apply their own preset or aesthetic. Typical projects will include approximately 100-50 final images per gallery. The work will primarily involve: -Exposure and white balance adjustments -Color correction -Consistent, natural skin tones -Cropping and straightening -Basic Lightroom masking when needed -Correcting green, yellow, or magenta color casts -Maintaining consistency across images photographed in different lighting conditions I photograph mostly families, children, maternity, newborns, lifestyle sessions, and events, so experience editing people and natural-light portrait photography is strongly preferred. I will provide my Lightroom preset along with previously edited reference images so you have a clear guide for the look I’m trying to maintain. I’m looking for someone who: -Is highly experienced with Adobe Lightroom Classic -Has a strong understanding of color and skin tones -Can closely match an established editing style -Is detail-oriented and consistent -Communicates clearly and reliably -Is comfortable receiving feedback and making adjustments -Is interested in potentially working together on an ongoing basis Budget: Approximately $100-$150 per gallery of 100-150 images, depending on the session and complexity. Before assigning a full gallery, I’d like to begin with a small paid test edit of approximately 10-15 RAW images.
