Merge 2 existing Jotform forms

I have 2 existing Jotforms that currently have separate Landing / Info pages, and a separate linked Jotform form capture (submit page). I want to keep the same set of fields and text, and incorporate the submit form pages to the end of the 2 landing pages... (Budget: $30 - $250 AUD, Jobs: HTML, JavaScript, PHP)
