n8n Automation Specialist – Build Complete Workflow Systems for Client Projects

We are a small agency specializing in workflow automation and AI media pipelines. We are looking for an experienced n8n developer to take ownership of building production-ready automation systems for our client projects. This is a fixed-price engagement for a defined body of work, with the possibility of ongoing collaboration afterward. Scope of Work: You will be responsible for designing and building a complete set of n8n workflows that cover the following: AI-assisted steps inside n8n (OpenAI / Claude where useful) Clean documentation and handover so our internal team can maintain the systems Testing and refinement until the workflows are stable in production We expect clean, well-structured workflows, not quick prototypes. Requirements: Proven experience building complex n8n workflows for real clients Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and JavaScript expressions in n8n Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly Experience with Zapier or Make.com is a plus (especially for migrations) Deliverables: Fully working and tested n8n workflows Clear documentation (or Loom walkthrough) Handover session with our team
