Next.js + Sanity CMS Developer Needed to Take Over & Improve Existing Website

I’m looking for an experienced **Next.js + Sanity CMS developer** to take over and improve an existing website for my film production company. The website is already built and live. **I am not looking for a redesign or a new website.** I like the existing design and want someone who can understand the current setup, fix issues and make the site easier for me to manage independently. The work will include: - Reviewing the existing Next.js codebase and Sanity CMS setup - Fixing any current bugs, layout or responsive issues - Making sure the website works properly across desktop, tablet and mobile - Reviewing the Sanity CMS structure and making it simple for me to update the site myself - Improving how images are uploaded, sized, cropped and displayed - Making sure portrait, landscape and other image formats display correctly without awkward cropping - Setting clear/recommended image dimensions or aspect ratios for posters, film stills, BTS images, cast photos, thumbnails, etc. - Ideally making the Sanity upload process clear enough that I know which image format/size is required for each section - Optimising images so they remain high quality without slowing down the website - Making sure replacing or adding images/content does not require a developer each time - Checking the existing hosting/deployment, repository and Sanity configuration - Making sure I have full ownership/access and the website is not unnecessarily dependent on the previous developer's accounts - Cleaning up the setup where necessary so another developer could easily work on it in future I’m looking for someone who is comfortable **taking over an existing project rather than rebuilding it**, communicates clearly and can explain things in straightforward language. Experience with **Next.js, React, Sanity CMS and Vercel** is important. If the initial work goes well, I would also like someone I can return to for occasional website updates and maintenance.
