Odoo Enterprise CRM Implementation: Salesforce Migration + 6 API Integrations (Odoo.sh)

Scope: - Multi-company setup: 2 business units with separate data, pipelines and access rules, plus consolidated management dashboards - CRM configuration: lead rating, lead-to-opportunity conversion, 7 custom stages with probabilities, forecasting, sales targets - Milestone revenue tracking and monthly revenue split for multi-month campaigns (analytic accounting) - Multi-level approval workflow on quotations (discounts, packages, deal value) - Okta SSO (SAML) and SCIM user provisioning - 6 integrations via the Odoo API or custom endpoints: 2 two-way (in-house proposal system, ad-booking system), revenue posting from an Oracle system (API and batch job), customer sync with a subscription system, and exports to Tableau and AWS Athena - Data migration from 2 Salesforce orgs: accounts, contacts, opportunities, orders, 3 years of history - Dev/Staging/Production on Odoo.sh, SIT/UAT support, documentation, go-live and 4 weeks of hypercare Timeline: about 14 weeks to go-live, starting Nov/Dec 2026 (subject to award). Must have: - 3+ Odoo Enterprise implementations (v17/18), including CRM and Sales - Python/Odoo module development, XML-RPC/JSON-RPC, REST integrations - Salesforce-to-Odoo data migration experience - Odoo.sh deployment experience - Available for some calls in Singapore time (GMT+8) Nice to have: Okta/SCIM, AWS (S3, Athena), Tableau, media or advertising sales.
