SAP PA30 Field Configuration

I’m looking for an SAP S/4HANA HR consultant who can expose country-specific address fields in PA30. All the required fields already exist in the data dictionary; they simply do not appear on the screen when I switch countries... (Budget: £20 - £250 GBP, Jobs: SAP, Technical Support)
