Senior AI Engineer - Develop AI Agents , Automaton and Integration

We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build autonomous AI agents that power core business workflows. Our objective is to deploy agents capable of executing end-to-end processes with minimal human intervention — spanning sales outreach, lead qualification, customer service, collections follow-up, reporting, and operations automation — as a key driver of business growth. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to leading our AI engineering function as the team scales. What You'll Build - Autonomous, agentic AI systems featuring task planning, tool use, looping agents, safety guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. - Integrations across our core technology stack, including ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, email, and phone/SMS systems. - LLM pipelines built on leading model provider APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over product and customer data, and prompt orchestration. - Monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and cost controls to ensure agents perform reliably in production. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of software engineering experience in Python and/or Node.js, including 1+ year building LLM or agentic systems in production. - Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, or Claude-based agents, along with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier. - Strong API integration experience, including REST, webhooks, and OAuth; experience with common ERP or CRM platforms is a significant plus. - A track record of shipping quickly, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on results. - Ability to overlap with standard business hours for team collaboration.
