Senior Engineer with Fluent English Company: Brainrich Location: Remote About the role We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who combines strong technical skills with excellent English communication. You’ll build and maintain web applications for our US-based clients and represent our team directly on client calls and interviews. Because you’ll be the voice of our team with clients, communication is the most important part of this role. What you’ll do Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications from front end to back end and database. Join client calls, technical interviews, and meetings with US clients, explaining technical decisions clearly and confidently. Turn client requirements into clear technical plans, estimates, and deliverables. Contribute to enterprise-level projects, following best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability. Work closely with our internal team to make sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Give clients regular progress updates, both written and verbal. What we’re looking for Must-have English at C1 or C2 level (fluent or native), with confident spoken English for live calls and interviews. 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong skills in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular; JavaScript/TypeScript). Solid back-end experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET) and REST API development. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Proven experience working with US clients, including comfort with US business communication styles and time zones. Basic understanding of enterprise application development: architecture, security, integrations, and scalability. Nice-to-have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments. Experience in a client-facing, consulting, or agency setting. What we offer Remote work with flexible hours, with some overlap with US business hours.
