Full-Stack AI SaaS Engineer – Complete & Productionise Existing Platform About the Project I'm the founder of an AI-powered SaaS platform designed for industrial distributors and suppliers. The platform streamlines the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process by using AI to extract, analyse and match customer requests with products, dramatically reducing quotation times and improving accuracy. Over the past several months, the platform has been developed extensively using AI-assisted development. A significant amount of functionality has already been built, including dashboards, workflows, AI integrations and user interfaces. The project is well beyond the concept stage. What I need now is an experienced engineer who can take ownership of the final phase, thoroughly review everything that has been built, identify weaknesses, fix issues, improve architecture where necessary, and prepare the platform for production launch. This is not a "build from scratch" project. It is a production readiness and completion project. --- Primary Objective My goal is to launch the platform at the beginning of October 2026. To achieve this, I need someone who can work methodically through the entire application and ensure every component is robust, scalable and production-ready. --- Responsibilities You will: - Review the complete application architecture - Understand the existing codebase and AI implementation - Verify every user workflow from beginning to end - Test every dashboard and screen - Fix bugs and inconsistent behaviour - Improve performance where required - Refactor code where it genuinely adds value - Verify authentication, permissions and security - Test API integrations - Validate AI workflows and outputs - Ensure mobile responsiveness - Improve the overall user experience - Help prepare the platform for launch I want someone who enjoys finding problems before customers do. --- What Has Already Been Built The platform already contains substantial functionality, including: - Modern SaaS architecture - Multiple dashboards - User authentication - Role-based access - AI-powered quotation workflows - Product matching - RFQ management - Administration functionality - Reporting - Various integrations - Responsive frontend Once shortlisted, I will provide a full demonstration of the application and explain the existing architecture. --- Ideal Candidate I'm looking for someone with strong experience in: - Full-stack SaaS development - AI/LLM integrations - React / Next.js - TypeScript - API development - Database optimisation - Dashboard development - Authentication & security - Production deployments - Performance optimisation - Debugging complex applications Experience taking SaaS products from development into production is highly desirable. --- How We Will Work This will be a collaborative project.
