Senior Full-Stack Web3 Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Web3 engineer to help build Meridian Orchards, a Web3 harvest protocol centered around an orchard-based asset ecosystem. Growers will be able to reserve shares, create and trade tokenized fruit lots, process harvests, and receive fees and rewards through a transparent on-chain ledger. The goal of this role is to turn the existing concept into a functional, testnet-ready Web3 protocol with real smart-contract interactions. Design and develop smart contracts for the MRC house token, staking/share vaults, tokenized lots, marketplace, and settlement mechanisms. Implement real wallet connection, network detection, MRC balances, and transaction flows. Build the Join → Reserve → List → Take → Trade → Collect lifecycle using on-chain transactions. Replace existing mock/JSON data with blockchain contract reads and event-driven data. Implement lot ownership, listings, purchases, fees, yield, royalties, and claimable rewards. Integrate smart contracts with the existing React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js/Express backend. Add transaction status handling, failed transaction states, wrong-network handling, and blockchain explorer links. Ensure the protocol is secure, maintainable, and structured for future production deployment. What to do: Reserve: Stake/lock MRC with configurable lock periods and APR. List: Mint and publish tokenized harvest lots. Take: Purchase lots and transfer ownership on-chain. Trade: View listings, floor prices, sales, and owned lots. Collect: Claim share yield, lot fees, and royalties through settlement contracts. Ledger: Display real on-chain events and transaction history.
