We are seeking a high-level n8n Automation Engineer to build a robust, production-grade lead generation pipeline connecting our custom website to our internal CRM and tools. The objective is to transform our current manual processes into clean, reliable workflows that save time, reduce data entry errors, and ensure every lead is captured and qualified automatically The Task Scope Webhook & API Integration: Build n8n workflows that catch incoming lead data from a custom website via webhooks or direct API calls. Data Routing & Qualification: Implement multi-step logic to score leads and route them into specific CRM pipelines (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, or Notion). Error Handling & Notifications: Develop advanced error handling nodes and Slack/email notifications to manage API timeouts or execution errors without losing lead data. Multi-Tool Synchronization: Ensure seamless data syncing between the website, Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive), and follow-up tools. Required Skills and Expertise Expert-level n8n development: Proven experience building complex, multi-step automations and debugging existing workflows. Deep API Knowledge: Strong skills in working with custom APIs, webhooks, and JSON data parsing. CRM Architecture: Experience with CRM pipeline automation and lead scoring logic. Documentation: Ability to provide a tested, documented, and easy-to-use system that our team can manage after handover. Project Deliverables Phase 1: Audit & Mapping.
