Set-up Staging Site - website updates

I need help updating a WooCommerce WordPress site, including a new home page, adding a new category page, and listing 10 new products. The site is www.marinehose.com, there are currently dynamically generated about 40 products. I need all existing product tables for all products updated with new information from the attached Excel file. The new tables are longer and will require a left/right slider for all columns except the SKU/product number, which should stay static . There is one New Product Category to add to Menu Bar, Yacht Series. Put this category in a light grey text. New product photography is being shot and retouched and will be ready in a couple of weeks. We are using the existing product photos for the remaining products. I will have a photoshop file for the new Home Page in a couple of weeks. Our Deadline for this project is End of September for the IBEX show starting October 6th. I will need help launching the staging site and taking it live.
