Technical support with AI Experience

We are looking for experienced software developers interested in a long-term partnership involving job opportunities, client communication, technical discussions, and AI training projects. - How the Role Works Developers continue doing job interviews when pursuing opportunities. During the selection process, we provide preparation, coordination, and guidance to help you perform strongly in interviews and technical discussions. Once a job offer is secured and a project starts, our engineering team handles the technical delivery, including hands-on coding and implementation, while your role focuses mainly on client communication, technical discussions, project coordination, and scheduled meetings. The working arrangement, responsibilities, and delivery structure will be clearly defined before each engagement begins so that everyone understands their role. - Engagement and Compensation When a project begins, compensation is shared 50/50 for each engagement. This means that 50% of the compensation generated from each engagement is paid to our team in return for the technical delivery, engineering support, preparation, and coordination we provide. - AI Training Opportunities In addition, we have a team of experienced AI trainers working on different AI training and model evaluation projects. For this arrangement, we also offer a 40% share of the revenue generated through AI training tasks completed under our collaboration. We are looking for reliable developers who are comfortable with interviews, technical conversations, client communication, and long-term collaboration.
