Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) Analysis Project Description

I am looking for an experienced freelancer with a strong background in econometrics and quantitative data analysis to conduct a Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) regression analysis using a provided dataset. The project involves addressing potential endogeneity in the regression model through an appropriate instrumental-variable approach. The freelancer should be able to correctly specify the model, perform the analysis, conduct relevant diagnostic and validity tests, and clearly interpret the results. Scope of Work The freelancer will be expected to: Review the dataset and proposed econometric model. Identify and appropriately incorporate the relevant instrumental variable(s). Conduct the Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) estimation. Assess instrument relevance and validity using appropriate statistical tests. Conduct relevant diagnostic tests, where applicable. Report coefficient estimates, standard errors, test statistics, and p-values. Interpret the short- and/or long-run implications where relevant to the model. Provide a clear and professional summary of the findings. Deliver the statistical output and analysis in an organized format. Requirements Strong knowledge of econometrics, regression analysis, and instrumental-variable methods. Demonstrated experience with 2SLS estimation. Familiarity with software such as Stata, R, Python, EViews, SPSS, or equivalent. Ability to interpret econometric output accurately. Strong attention to detail and professional communication.
