I am looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to become my long-term technical partner. I am planning to acquire small SaaS businesses and web applications (typically in the $5,000–15,000 range), and I need someone who can help me evaluate them before purchase and support them afterwards when needed. Initially, I am looking for someone to perform technical due diligence, including: • Reviewing the codebase and overall architecture • Identifying technical risks and security issues • Assessing code quality and long-term maintainability • Estimating the effort required for future improvements • Explaining technical findings in simple, non-technical language After an acquisition, I would like to continue working with the same developer for occasional maintenance, bug fixes, feature development, and technical advice. I am not a developer, so clear communication is extremely important. I'm looking for someone honest, experienced, proactive, and interested in building a long-term working relationship rather than completing just a single project. Experience with SaaS applications, Laravel, Vue.js, React, Node.js, PHP, WordPress, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and technical due diligence is highly preferred.
