I need a developer to build a complete, mobile-friendly website and basic lead-management/CRM system for Billora.
Billora will help consumers and businesses review their wireless, internet, cable/TV, and telecom bills and connect them with available options.
The public website should remain provider-neutral.
1. Main Landing Page
The website should have clear options for:
* Wireless Bill Review
* Internet & Cable Bill Review
* Business Telecom Bill Review
* Request a Callback
* Securely Upload a Bill
The website should:
* Have a professional, modern design
* Work well on phones, tablets, and computers
* Be fast and easy to use
* Explain that reviews are free
* Not make one carrier/provider dominate the branding
* Make it easy for customers to request help without uploading a bill
2. Consumer Wireless Bill Review
Collect:
* Full name
* Phone number
* Email
* ZIP code
* Current wireless carrier
* Number of phone lines
* Approximate monthly wireless bill
* Devices currently financed? Yes/No
* Interested in upgrading phones?
* Number of potential upgrades
* Preferred contact method
* Preferred callback time
* Current home internet/cable provider
* Interested in reviewing internet/cable too?
* Optional secure bill upload
3. Consumer Internet & Cable Review
Collect:
* Full name
* Phone number
* Email
* ZIP code
* Current internet provider
* Current cable/TV provider if different
* Approximate monthly internet/cable bill
* Current internet speed if known
* Internet only or internet + TV/cable
* Number of TVs if relevant
* Interested in faster internet?
* Interested in lowering monthly cost?
* Interested in reviewing wireless service too?
* Optional secure bill upload
* Preferred callback time
4. Business Telecom Bill Review
Businesses should have a separate form.
Collect:
* Business name
* Contact person’s name
* Phone number
* Business email
* Business ZIP code
* Number of business locations
* Current wireless provider
* Number of wireless lines
* Approximate monthly wireless spend
* Number of phones/devices that may need upgrades
* Current business internet provider
* Approximate internet/cable/telecom spend
* Internet speed if known
* Number of business locations needing internet
* Interested in backup internet?
* Interested in tablets/hotspots/connected devices?
* Preferred callback time
* Optional secure bill upload
* Notes about what the business needs
The CRM should clearly label these as BUSINESS LEADS so they can be handled separately from residential customers.
5. Secure Bill Upload
Customers and businesses should be able to securely upload:
* Wireless bills
* Internet bills
* Cable/TV bills
* Business telecom bills
Uploading a bill should NOT be required to become a lead.
Someone should be able to request a callback first and upload their bill later.
6. Admin Dashboard
I need a private admin dashboard where I can:
* See all leads
* Search leads
* Filter leads
* Separate consumer and business leads
* Open customer profiles
* See submitted information
* Access uploaded bills
* Add internal notes
* Change lead status
* Assign leads to reps
* Reassign leads
* Assign locations/channels
* Schedule callbacks
* See lead source
* Record sales/results
* View closed customers
7. Lead Pipeline
Statuses should include:
NEW → REVIEWING → READY TO CONTACT → CONTACTED → FOLLOW-UP → APPOINTMENT SET → ORDERING → CONVERTED → NOT INTERESTED/CLOSED
I should be able to change or add statuses later.
8. Callback & Future Opportunity System
This is extremely important.
Every lead/customer needs a next callback date.
Options should include:
* Tomorrow
* 7 days
* 30 days
* 3 months
* 6 months
* 12 months
* Custom date
The dashboard should automatically show:
* Callbacks due today
* Upcoming callbacks
* Overdue callbacks
* Upgrade opportunities
* Existing-customer reviews
* Old leads to contact again
* Business callbacks
9. Closed-Customer / Future Customer Database
Customers should NOT disappear after a sale.
Once someone converts, move them into an existing-customer database.
Store opportunities for:
* Future phone upgrades
* Additional lines
* Carrier reviews
* Internet changes
* Cable/TV changes
* Business services
* Referrals
* Future callbacks
I want Billora to build a long-term customer database that reps can continue working in the future.
10. Household & Individual Line Tracking
A customer household may have multiple phone lines.
Example: one household has 5 lines.
I eventually want each line to be separately trackable with:
* User/name
* Phone number if appropriate
* Carrier
* Device
* Device purchase/upgrade date
* Financing status
* Upgrade opportunity
* Notes
* Next follow-up date
V1 can keep this simple, but the database should be designed to support it.
11. Business Account Tracking
Business profiles should support:
* Company information
* Multiple locations
* Multiple wireless lines
* Internet services by location
* Current providers
* Devices
* Upgrades
* Sales history
* Assigned rep
* Follow-up dates
* Notes
* Future opportunities
A business may represent 5, 10, 20, 50, 100+ lines, so the system should not assume every customer is a small residential account.
12. Rep Management
I need to be able to:
* Create rep accounts
* Assign customers to reps
* Assign businesses to reps
* See each rep’s leads
* See lead status
* Track outcomes
* Reassign leads
* Limit reps so they only see their assigned customers if necessary
* Keep full administrator access to everything
13. Lead Source Tracking
Every lead should permanently record where it came from.
Examples:
* Google
* Facebook
* Instagram
* QR code
* Direct website
* Customer referral
* Community/social media
* Specific salesperson
* Specific campaign
* Specific location
Different reps should be able to have unique links/QR codes.
Example:
Billora.com/RepName
or a unique tracking link.
When someone uses that link, the CRM should automatically know which rep/source generated the lead.
14. Sales & Revenue Tracking
For converted customers, I want to record:
* Provider/carrier selected
* Number of new wireless lines
* Number of upgrades
* Internet sale
* Cable/TV sale
* Business sale
* Number of business lines
* Assigned rep
* Lead-generating rep
* Activation/sale date
* Notes
* Estimated commission/revenue
* Future callback date
This does not need to be a complete accounting system in V1.
15. Notifications
At minimum:
* Email notification for new leads
* New business-lead notification
* Dashboard showing callbacks due today
* Dashboard showing overdue callbacks
* Dashboard showing new/unassigned leads
16. Security & Privacy
I need:
* SSL/HTTPS
* Secure admin login
* Secure rep accounts
* Secure bill/file uploads
* Customer files not publicly accessible
* Spam/bot protection
* Privacy Policy page
* Terms page
* Contact consent checkbox
* Proper access controls for customer information
17. Website Management & Ownership
I need:
* Domain connected
* Hosting configured
* Basic analytics
* Google advertising tracking capability
* Meta advertising tracking capability
* Ability to edit basic website content
* Full administrator access
* Full ownership/access to the website
* Full ownership/access to the database
* Source code/project files
* Hosting credentials
* Domain credentials
* All third-party service accounts created under accounts I control or can fully access
I do not want the website locked to the developer after the project is finished.
18. Build for Future Expansion
I do NOT need expensive AI functionality in V1.
However, the website/database should be structured so we can later add:
* AI bill reading
* Automatic bill data extraction
* Carrier/provider comparison
* Automatic rep routing
* SMS follow-ups
* Automated email campaigns
* Customer referral links
* Promotion database
* Upgrade reminders
* Automatic callback queues
* Commission tracking
* Rep performance dashboards
* Business sales teams
* Additional telecom providers
* Additional states/markets
* Advanced CRM functionality
V1 Priorities
The most important things for the first version are:
Consumer Wireless + Internet/Cable + Business Leads + Optional Bill Upload + Admin Dashboard + Rep Assignment + Callback System + Closed-Customer Database + Lead Source Tracking
I want V1 to be simple, reliable, affordable, and built in a way that we can expand it as Billora grows.
